Our 2008-2009 Prices

Please do not make an enquiry for availability and then book you flights 2 weeks later. My villas book very quickly and can change availability the next phone call. You must obtain a booking reference.
Villasun will give a provisional booking reference. Normally 48 hours will allowed for the provisional hold on the villa.
Proceed and book your flights. For convenience we have provided various links for flights, car hire and insurance etc.
Confirm your flight details back to Villasun, and the original booking reference will be confirmed.
A non refundable deposit of 10% is required and the balance 8 weeks before departure.
Refunds on balance:
A discretionary refund will be made on any balance monies paid if the week(s) booked can be sold. Simply, if we can sell the weeks we will refund you, like for like.
Alternatively, if similar period i.e. Peak, Mid or Normal weeks are available we can transfer your booking to a different date.
Adjustments in occupying persons will not be refunded if within 8 weeks of travel.
If the booking is within the 8 weeks prior to departure no deposit is necessary but the total amount is required within 7days, or before day of travel, whichever is the sooner.

Booking for transfers to your villa from Arrecife airport can be made from the Villasun web site. A return email will be sent to you directly. Please state you are a Villasun client in the "Recommended By" box. Click here to view our transfers page.
Please ensure you and all members of your party have a fully comprehensive holiday insurance policy in force at the time of booking and over the full period of your holiday.
Infants in cots for all periods are free of charge. Please bring your own cot linen. Our definition of “Infants” is:- Aged 2 years or under at time of travel.
For the Xmas and New Year periods we have a genuine child rate, subject to the minimum booking of persons in the villa. Our definition of children is any younger person (sensibly under 23’s) in full time education this can include students. Mature students unfortunately would not qualify.
Please note we only have Thursday/Thursday bookings, due mainly to the best availability of flights into Lanzarote on this day.
A repeat Mid or Normal season booking or a peak and then a Mid or Normal season booking within 12 months will attract a 5% discount off the current price list. Excluding the 2 person couples rate.
A 2-week booking for Xmas and New Year within 12 months of another peak booking will qualify for the normal peak price list rate. i.e. book for 2 weeks at Easter and have 2 weeks at Xmas for the same price.
