Situated in a quiet residential area of Las Calas Los Dragos Costa Teguise, this Couples and Family villa is in a prime location just a 2 – 3 minute walk from local bars, shops, restaurants and the sandy beach of Las Cucharas. This sought after villa boasts clean, modern interior decor and stylish, comfortable furnishings. Patio doors lead from the spacious living area onto a private sun terrace with electrically heated pool. During the day the sun terrace provides a private place to relax by the pool and sunbathe. For those really looking to unwind there is an optional patio hot tub. A well stocked supermarket and the first of the resorts restaurants and bars are less than 2 mins walk away. From this point at the end of Los Dragos the main beach is in front of you and to the right the Friday Market as it is known, the Pueblo Marinero town square is along this stretch. A car is not required for villa Emma and the general resort amenities but for those wishing to explore the unique island of Lanzarote there is free parking outside all our villa properties.

Arrival/Departure: We can offer arrival any day of the week arrival giving great flexibility of time and price of flights from both international hubs and regional airports. Our local management team exclusive to our company is available 7 days per week. There is a minimum of 7 nights stay, 7/14 nights being the norm, however depending on season and availability offer a nightly rate for additional nights on top of these weekly periods. There is a 2 person rate available on all our properties, please enquire.
With the exception of any cots requested we provide all villa linen with both villa and beach towels to save on luggage weight.
